How to be a recipient vessel - Part 1

1 Samuel 16:1–13

To be a recipient vessel, I simply need to be open to receive. I might not know exactly what God has planned for me or what He’s going to do, but I must remain intact and ready to receive.

  1. We have to wait on Gods time

Proverbs 3:5

I need to trust in the Lord, knowing that He has a perfect plan for me. As a vessel, all I need to do is serve my purpose and nothing else.

The key to manifestation is consistency and repetition. I’ll see manifestation if I keep it up daily.

2. Humility and Submission to God’s Purpose

In a moment, David’s whole life and destiny turned - and he didn’t ask any questions. Being a recipient vessel doesn’t always mean we know what is about to happen, but we must be in a place of readiness to receive. I need to humble myself and remain in a position of serving God’s purpose.

Humility is one of the most difficult skills to master, but if we can master it, it becomes one of the most powerful strengths we can ever develop.

3. Faithful, Consistent Service

We need to serve faithfully with whatever the Lord has given us to do.

When in service, you never know the day you’ll be honoured.

4. Have faith for the manifestation and the fulfilment

Have faith for the manifestation and the fulfilment.

1 Peter 5:5

As long as we remain intact and ready to receive, the day will come.

Destiny isn’t something we write - it’s something that God writes.

Destiny will find me wherever I am. But when it finds me, I must be ready and willing to receive it, because if it finds me unprepared, I may miss it.

I need to learn to be a recipient vessel. I must not miss what God has for me. I need to find out

what God has planned and align myself with it - and if I wait for it, it will come.

There is an appointed time for me.

Romans 9:21

I need to know how blessed I am.

Who I am to God - He only needs to take me as I am, and He’ll turn me into someone great.

Being a recipient vessel means being open to whatever comes and whatever it takes - and remaining faithful no matter what.

We all go through different things, but we must remain open no matter what.

If I remain faithful in all four points, daily, God will honour me - in many ways.

November’s Word: Being a Recipient Vessel

God wants to pour His blessings into my life this month, and I need to be a recipient vessel to contain what He begins to do in my life from this month onward. I’ll receive spiritual and physical manifestations from God.

Certain stuck situations will become loose, certain wars will crumble, and prayers I’ve been waiting on for a long time will be answered. God will do them - and I need to be ready to receive them.

Prayer Points

  • Lord, show me how to be a recipient vessel.

  • Strength and focus - I need this to succeed.

Proverbs 4:23

God will begin to release things into our lives from this month. We just need to remain open vessels.

Amen.
