When God's word is birthed in me, the enemy will come to attack that specific word that God gives me, because that word is my weapon. The word is a weapon God gives me to transition me from where I am now to where I need to be.
However, during the transition process, when the enemy attacks the word, we tend to sometimes wonder and question the word God gave me. This happens because I’ve entered the battle zone. That word hasn’t yet manifested, but we’re transitioning, and the enemy will try to come against it.
But knowing God and being a good recipient vessel, I need to learn to fight with that same word. So when the enemy attacks me because of the revelation given to me, I should use the same word God has given me to come against the enemy. I shouldn’t doubt or question the word; I should pick it up.
Genesis 37:21–27
Reuben – To see and understand; also means a son of vision.
Judah – Means let Him be praised.
Daniel 11:32
Genesis 44:18
Being a good recipient vessel requires me to know my God, and how to know Him intimately is by this: be a person who keeps God’s word and visions. Even though I might not understand it all intimately, I must hold onto it and not be so quick to abandon it. God can’t change His mind concerning His word. I need to be a Reuben - a person of vision - for it will surely come to pass.
We need to know how to be Judah, those who know how to praise God - regardless of how long I still hold onto the vision, I will continue to praise God.
Genesis 45:1 – Joseph couldn’t control himself and made himself known to them. If we want God to make Himself known to us, I need to learn to praise Him and hold onto His word. When I do this, God won’t contain Himself from us and will unravel His intimate identity to us.
Joseph couldn’t contain his emotions, because God can’t resist a man who knows how to hold onto His word regardless of trials and tribulations.
They that know their God shall do mighty exploits.
Psalms 105:19 - Until my character is built and proven, God’s word will continue to test me.
Amen.
